Here's some more liquid skirt action. This is still footage from the old skirt (the "2008 summer collection"), but I've got grander schemes....

Beautiful process, I'm looking forward to the grander schemes.

Yeah, those visuals are captivating. The contained slugs of different fluids are working so well! How are the different schemes being controlled, at this point? Were you manually operating the pump controls, with excellent timing? Or is there some automated governor at work?...

(I know of a couple of medical device companies who'd benefit from your self-developed fluid control knowledge. But they don't make any fashionable items like this.)

Cool, I'm glad yins liked it; I wasn't sure if that vid is too long and repetitive. Everything's boxed up at the moment, so I'm making due with my old footage.

All the vids so far are water & air only and all of the pumping is ON-only with no controlling manually, microcontroller, or otherwise. The ridiculous clicking sounds are from the automatic demand valve since the pump is meant to feed water to RV faucets.

The "contained slugs" (which is a perfect name) isn't intentional, it's just what happens when the fluid is drained out. I love the way they crawl around and eat each other up.

I'm psyched to start mixing fluids for reals and using some Arduino power to do more interesting things.
