At times, the movie sounds like two excited mattresses making love in an echo chamber.

urm, this would be a negative review of the new batman movie, but the reviewer (critic?) enjoyed Tim Burton’s original conception (wtf?) for its humor, i.e. the adam west'ishness of it. trufunz attack!
