and on a lighter note, the list of approved jokes about Barack Obama

Yeah, I think it'll be a faithfully epic adaptation. Really looks like they filmed everything from the comic -- maybe it'll be 5 hours long! Wahoo.
Doc Manhattan looks a little fake, though. :-( Also, it looks like Rorschach's inkblots appear to fade in & out, instead of smoothly flowing around! Stylistic boo-boo, if that's the case.
yeah, I really would have liked to see a dude painted blue for doc manhattan. Are we gonna get to see his genitals for the whole movie? I hope so.
They are doing a pretty good job of never mentioning moore.
I'd settle for not terrible. I don't think directing 300 and writing The Scorpion King are actually credits to the creative team.
