jon and i watched the pilot of the miami vice tv show on hulu last night. apparently, it was brainstormed as "mtv cops." i thought it was pretty awesome. here's a scene (~3.5 min):

I like how they did the sound on the shotgun loading. Also, it makes me realize how much the recent movie failed.

yeah! the stark sound is awesome!! (though i think the ducking as they start speaking is a bit jarring)

ah, yeah, I was confused because it looks like the one that I posted which is hte whole thing.

Andrea, that is the exact though I had, also that there was very minimal car and road noises, even though that is kinda the focus of that scene.
