NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I have heard about this but thought there was something about how, while polaroid will stop manufacturing their film, some other company is bound to pick up the recipe and start making compatible film. something about patents and expirations and such.
I am planning on making my next frivolous ebay purchase a polaroid sx-70, used in this meme going around last year - which is really beautiful in itself and worth a look!
oh, bother. i guess i'll have to stock up on polaroid film now.
