I don't know, the idea that McCain can suspend his campaign is frankly absurd! In addition, he does not serve on the banking or finance committees that are actually responsible for crafting a proposal. The only thing I could have done without is the part on John McCain the exceptional hero.

Some folks are suggesting that perhaps the whole point of this stunt was to divert attention from the Palin-Couric interview that had been scheduled to air last night and attempt to scuttle the VP debates next week. Thoughts?
