I have a friend who was asking me for some suggestions for resources on digital ethnography, particularly related to communities of practice. She mentioned that "our technology research and development team sometimes make products that don't match real world needs and I would really like to bridge that gap."
So, it has been a few years since I've had to do anything on these issues so I am hoping you all might have a few suggestions. Agata? Andrea?
