Happy new years, folks! Any resolutions? How about new decade resolutions?
happy new year from snowy pittsburgh! honestly, didn't really contemplate resolutions this year.
I made it into the next year.

I have the typical resolutions that i make every year:
- be healthy
- stay in touch with friends
- travel
- work on my website

made it to day three of fun a day, but I might explode if I keep working on it. 2 animations and an arcade game.
Both things above remind me of this music video, made by a CMU computer sci PhD. I guess the song was written (by someone else, Jonathan Coulton) as part of the "Thing a Week" phenomenon, and the video is made up of single frame photos of a stuffed monkey toy. He wrote some code that searched through all the monkey pics and ordered them for semi-smooth movement of the monkey, while the background changes constantly.
